To submit a New Ticket, please Sign In or Open a New Ticket.

A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

• District Staff & Students: Click "Sign In" at the upper right corner, click "Sign in with Azure" and login with your PVPUSD credentials.
• Guests without an @pvpusd.net email address: Click "Open a New Ticket" and enter all required information. Your email may need to be verified before submitting a ticket.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online.
